Caye Chapel is a residential real estate development off the coast of Belize. Owners of the the beachside villa residences have access to Four Seasons services and amenities, and can enjoy activities such as reef diving, fishing, yachting, and golf.
With the Creative Director, I designed the logo, website, email campaign, stationery, sales center presentation, and other branded items including t-shirts, hats, and candles.
We also worked with the studio Atelier Bingo to create three unique illustrated pieces made of paper cutouts to represent the island, the reef, and the mayan ruins. This illustration style captured the wild and free nature of the private Caribbean island, while keeping with the brand's luxury aesthetic. We used these illustrations as a whole or elements of the illustrations throughout the marketing collateral.
