Bocas del Toro is a province of Panama with a biodiverse rainforest, beautiful beaches, and a relaxed atmosphere. Viceroy, a high-end resort chain, chose this location to build a new resort with overwater villas set to open in 2020.
We were commissioned to launch a full website with the aim of informing prospective buyers about the opportunity to purchase villas next to the resort and to capture the contact information of interested buyers. The site shows photographs of the property, renderings of the site plan and villas, and includes all the necessary purchasing information.
One challenge we faced when designing this site was how best to give prospective buyers a deeper understanding of the location and interiors of properties that were not yet built. We also had access to only a limited number of renderings. This challenge was solved by creating several interactive maps, which allowed users to dive deeper into the location and interiors of each residence and amenity.
